The homeowners wanted an open floor plan. We were able to remove all of the walls around this staircase and added railing in their place. We also replace all the windows on the first floor, refinished the floors and rebuilt the fireplace cabinets and mantle. It was a dramatic change to the space and sets the tone for the rest of the house.
